Maine Avenue Fish Market
A true slice of DC culture is rooted to the city despite its movement further under the 395 bridge is the Maine Avenue Fish Market.
Since 1794, some of the city's best seafood has been sold here, making it one of the oldest continuously operating fish markets in the United States
There is much to enjoy within the limited space - as great cooked dishes can be found alongside the bounty of fresh fish and seafood.
